Onward and upward to a summer of Printmaking! I'm working on a series of kinetic, interactive puppets, some new tattoo dolls and paper making plus bookbinding.  I've posted the first couple of puppets I've completed so far. Also...having a baby boy sometime in July.  Too much to do!

Finally got a chance to upload some of my work from this semester.  Just a few paintings and drawings for now.  Not the best images (hello, iPhone shots), but they'll do until I have time (haha, what's that??) to get my real camera out. I had 4 pieces accepted into my school's annual juried exhibition!  Huzzah!

So, after being creatively cock-blocked by financial aid restrictions and slapped with some courses to repeat due to new rules...I am taking Drawing II and 2-D Design instead of Sculpture II.  My Uni has a new rule that after 7 years credits in your "core classes" expire.  So...despite already having a BA in Studio Art and having A's in both these classes from 2004 I am now retaking them.  I had to drop Sculpture because it "isn't on my current program of studies" and therefore Financial Aid would not pay for it.  It was a not-so-happy Friday afternoon when I got the phone call telling me this had to be fixed by the following Monday or I'd be
